We got a great tip from a customer today – try adding a little Food Rub to some mayonnaise. He was tweeting whilst eating some chicken with ‘Mexican mayo’!
It got me thinking about tonight’s dinner:
1 x meaty fish steak (tuna, swordfish…)
1 x ciabatta, sliced and lightly toasted
1 x thick smear of mayonnaise mixed with Fish rub
1 x generous sprinkling of rocket
A Gourmet Open Fish Butty!
