How can I use a meat rub?
Meat Rubs are a blend of spices that greatly enhance the flavour of a meat or fish. After washing the meat or fish, pat them dry and then firmly rub the spices onto both sides of the meat. For best results, leave for 15 minutes, brush off surplus rub and continue to grill or roast. For even more flavour, leave overnight in a fridge before cooking.
