Sweet Potato Chips with New York Steak Rub
- Roughly 1 sweet potato per person
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- NY Steak Rub
Preheat oven to 200C.
Wash potatoes thoroughly in cold water and slice them into ‘chips’, about 3/4” thick
Space evenly on an oiled baking tray and sprinkle with NY Steak Rub mix
Bake for 8-10 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 5, until turning brown.
