Method

Rub on to your meat or fish about 15 mins (or more) prior to cooking, then fry roast or grill! Create marinade by mixing with olive oil and a splash of wine. Makes a great salad dressing too – just add olive oil and wine vinegar. Tip; put rubbed meat in the fridge overnight for a more intense flavour.
